I'm K.L. Bauman.

I write fantasy novels about pirates, magic, and monsters. I grew up in New England, surrounded by the incredible folklore and history that gives the coastal Northeast its charm and darkness, but I settled down in North Carolina. Currently, I'm pursuing a degree in Creative Writing at Southern New Hampshire University, with the intention of applying to their Creative Writing MFA in 2026.
